1 Introduction and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the b8visa platform and all associated services. When you register, log in, or use any service on b8visa, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement that governs the relationship between the user and b8visa. You can visit our About Us page for a brief overview of our company and services.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform. b8visa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on b8visa, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a region where online gambling or betting is not prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet used for the deposit, though exceptions may be discussed with the support team in specific cases.

Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed. b8visa reserves the right to investigate any unusual transactions and may suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited must come from a legitimate source. Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

b8visa offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Minimum odds on bets or wagering requirements on certain games apply when using bonus funds.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• b8visa reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

4.3 Preventing Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — through opening multiple accounts, using false information or any other method — the accounts involved will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

All bets placed on b8visa are recorded on b8visa's servers. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before an event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment apply. Odds change quickly in live betting; a bet may not be accepted if the connection is lost.

5.3 Result Settlement

The results of all sporting events are confirmed from internationally recognised sources. No payment will be made on the basis of comments or speculation before official results are published.

5.4 Match Manipulation

If there is reasonable suspicion that the outcome of an event has been influenced, b8visa reserves the right to void the relevant bets. If any bet is found to be connected to match fixing or spot fixing, the account may be permanently closed.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

b8visa operates three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback calculated as a percentage of net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Regular and active participation is required to advance to a higher tier.

Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback. b8visa reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using a false identity, a wrong name or another person's mobile number.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial methods.
• Deliberately exploiting loopholes in the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Manipulating the system through coordinated group betting against the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Closure by the User

11 Mobile App

b8visa is available as an Android (APK) and iOS app, accessible through official channels. These Terms and Conditions apply equally to downloading and using the app. All transactions and bets made through the app are governed by the same rules as the web platform.
